Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of dried rosemary
- 1 tsp of Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tsp of ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of fennel seeds
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 orange pepper, sliced
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve!
