These delicious chocolate bites are a great holiday treat! They are very simple to make, require no baking and are sure to be a hit amongst your friends and family this holiday season. I recommend making a large batch of 24 to have in the fridge or freezer for unexpected visitors.

Ingredients
  1. 2 avocados
  2. 20 dates
  3. 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  4. 1 cup of natural almond butter or peanut butter
  5. 1/2 cup of dark dairy-free chocolate chips (I like the "Enjoy Life" brand)
  6. 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Chop dates in the food processor or high powered blender.
  2. Add avocado, nut butter and cocoa powder and puree until a smooth but thick dough forms.
  3. Transfer dough into mixing bowl and add chocolate chips and coconut to mixture.
  4. Roll by hand into 24 balls.
  5. Refrigerate and enjoy
Notes
  1. Feel free to add additional ingredients of your choosing - ex. dried cherries, remove coconut and add pure peppermint extract
