Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 20 dates
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of natural almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of dark dairy-free chocolate chips (I like the "Enjoy Life" brand)
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Chop dates in the food processor or high powered blender.
- Add avocado, nut butter and cocoa powder and puree until a smooth but thick dough forms.
- Transfer dough into mixing bowl and add chocolate chips and coconut to mixture.
- Roll by hand into 24 balls.
- Refrigerate and enjoy
Notes
- Feel free to add additional ingredients of your choosing - ex. dried cherries, remove coconut and add pure peppermint extract
