Smoothies are my jam. I am a busy mom of twin toddlers and a business owner and the reality of life is that sometimes I just need something quick that I can grab and go. I love this recipe because it’s quick, easy and tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (minus the bread, of course). 

This smoothie is keto friendly but it’s a super healthy option for anyone, regardless of their dietary patterns!

Raspberry Almond Keto Smoothie:


1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

2 tbsp. natural almond butter

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp. ground flaxseed (or chia)

1 scoop Kaizen naturals protein powder (this is my FAV protein powder and you can get it for a great price at Costco)

1/2 tbsp. MCT oil (optional, I add this in to boost up the fat)


Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 10-20 seconds and serve!
