I created this 6-week program because I had WAY too many women coming to me after having tried a ketogenic eating style and not getting the results that all of these websites and forums were promising. After reviewing their current intake, I was able to identify nutritional errors that were holding these women back.  In order to successfully lose weight and keep it off, you must be following a method of eating that you ENJOY and that does not leave you overly HUNGRY between meals. During this program, I will guide you through the following:

  • The ins and outs of this eating style, so you understand exactly what to do and why it's important
  • 6 weeks worth of nutrient dense, delicious ketogenic recipes
  • The opportunity to ask any and all of your questions
  • All of the support and guidance you need in order to be successful at adapting this diet to your lifestyle
  • One one-on-one session to discuss your questions and plan in detail

Over the past few years, I have assisted many women in adopting a nutrient dense, ketogenic eating style through one-on-one coaching. I am now ready to launch this program as a group, where women can connect and benefit from the support of others following this same style of eating (without the misinformation that many of these ketogenic Facebook groups spread). For the first launch of this group program, I am looking for a small group of women who want to jump into the ketogenic lifestyle for 6 weeks!

The ketogenic diet has many benefits when done correctly and in this program I am going to teach you HOW to adapt this eating style to your life!
