No need to sort through ALL of the nutrition information (and misinformation) out there - I have given you everything you need to know to lose weight and optimize your health and I will be there to answer any and all questions about it that you may have along the way! Changing our health and losing weight is all about changing our habits. It is the things that we do everyday that impacts our health and weight. So naturally, we are going to focus A LOT on changing the daily habits necessary to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle forever.
What Do I Need To Be Successful On This Journey?
You need to have the most up to date information. Should you eat meat? Not eat meat? Eggs are healthy? Eggs are unhealthy? I will give you all of the most up to date nutrition information that you need in order to craft the eating style that is going to leave you feeling AMAZING.
You need support. This journey is HARD - I know. If losing weight was easy, I wouldn't have worked with hundreds of people over the past few years. If losing weight was easy, we wouldn't fall "off the wagon" time and time again. You need support during this time in order be successful. You need a group of people who are on the exact same journey there for you when you feel like giving up.
We need to focus on making one small change at a time until it becomes a habit before moving on.
You need to enjoy the journey. You need to enjoy the food we are eating. You need to enjoy our new lifestyle! Trying to eat cabbage soup 7 days of the week, just bananas one day and just tomatoes another? This will not give you lasting results. You need to look forward to your meals, feel balanced and absolutely NO deprivation!

What To Expect
Over the course of the 8-week program we will go through 7 different nutrition modules. You will have access to our online classroom, which includes videos, worksheets and handouts to help you on your journey.
Together we will simplify the healthy eating world and find a way of eating that is SUSTAINABLE and ENJOYABLE for YOU!
We will start with a 30-minute one-on-one session where we can discuss your goals for the next 8 weeks. We will connect again in week 4, adjust plans and refine our focus for the second half of the program. Finally, in week 8 we connect for our final 30-minute one-on-one session. During this final session we will make plans for moving forward so that you feel confident to continue these habits for life.
In between our one-on-one sessions there will be videos, challenges and worksheets to help keep you on track throughout the process. It's all about changing one habit at a time, having the correct nutrition information, individualized guidance and group support.
